Midtown Bar & Grill is looking for full or part time Server/Bartender.
Midtown Bar & Grill is a family owned business in the heart of Manhattan, IL and we are looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. We are looking for a high-energy bartender with good communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, utilize proper equipment and ingredients as suggested, and handle basic cleaning duties.
Main Responsibilities
- Make and prepare cocktails which include classic cocktails as well as house made drinks.
- Serve customers food and beverage with excellent customer service.
- Is reliable and works well in a team environment.
- Has full day, evening, and weekend availability. This schedule must be flexible
